Registration Fees

Euromech members receive a discount on the registration fee. Please verify membership at https://members.euromech.org/check/

Registering participants will be offered the choice of becoming members, if they are not already.

Euromech members:

• Early registration fee: 550€
• Late Registration fee: 650€

Non members:

• Early registration fee: 580€
• Late Registration fee: 680€

Extra Social Program Ticket:

• Early registration fee: 180€
• Late registration fee: 200€

Notes:

• The Delegates fee covers: one oral presentation of the accepted work; attendance to all scientific sessions, lunches, coffee breaks and Social Program
• The Extra Social Program Ticket covers: Social Program
• Each Delegate can buy one extra ticket for the Social Program

Deadlines

• Early registration deadline: Wednesday, July 1, 2026
• Deadline for authors registration : Friday, July 31, 2026

Rules and Cancelation Policy

• The conference registration fee should be paid before the conference meeting date
• Currency exchange charges and bank collection fees are the responsibility of the sender
• Presenting authors should have a paid registration by July 31, 2026 in order ensure the inclusion of their work in the program and in the proceedings of the conference
• Cancellation Policy: Registration fee will be refunded with a cancellation fee of 100 EUR if a request is received by e-mail until July 31, 2026. After this date NO refund will be made
